Cube Of Three Digit Number Using Anurupyena Method: To find cube of a thtree digit number we can use this method. This is very fast method and saves a lot of time in the various competitive exams where each second counts.
Find Cube of 114 Step 1 : Find the Cube of the number at Units Place. Cube of 4 is 64 The digit at the unit place of the cube is the digit at the unit place in the Answer and the remaining goes to the carry Answer 4 Carry is 6 |  |
Step 2 : The digits at the hundreds place and tens place are together considered as a single number Let us suppose it as New Number. Multiply 3 with the New Number and then multiply it with the square of the digit at units place. Add the carry (If Any) Result = 3 X 11 X 16 + 6 = 528 + 6 = 534 Now place the units digit of the result at tens position of the answer and the remaining digit will be the carry. Answer: 44 Carry: 53 |  |
Step 3: Multiply 3 with the square of the New Number and then multiply it with the digit at the units place. Add the carry (If any) Result = 3 X 121 X 4 + 53 = 1452 + 53 = 1505 Now the digit at units place in the result will be the digit at the hundreds place in the answer and the remaining digit will be the carry. Answer : 544 Carry: 150 |  |
Step 4: Find the cube of the digit at the tens place and add the carry (if any) Result : 1331 + 150 = 1481 Answer : 1481544 |  |
